Test Dates:		April 27, 2011 and April28, 2011
		Students MUST be present both days of testing There will not be any make up dates if a student is absent
Testing Place:		Salem United Methodist Church
Testing Times:		Grade - 3 April 27 - 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM April 28 - 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM	Grade - 4-8 April 27 - 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM April 28 - 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM	Grades 9-12 April 27 – 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM April 28 – 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Registration		Registration opens Monday, February 22, 2011and ends Thursday March 10, 2011 - No Exceptions Registration is only available on-line and is password protected. All non-PCLA/PA families who wish to register must contact Eileen Carter to receive a password.
*Cost		$70 per student for PCLA or PA family $85 per student for non-PCLA or PA family (only if space is available)

Test results will be received in approximately 4- 8 weeks from the test date

*Payment MUST be received in the PCLA office within 7 business day or your registration will be removed.

You may drop off your payment at the PCLA Office during business hours, or you may mail your payment to:
